The MovoMech™ series of overhead rails are manufactured from maintenance free anodized aluminum profiles that provide not only light weight but maximum torsional strength for carrying heavy loads. Capacities up to 1000Kg (2,200-lbs) are available.
The rail systems have a very low dead weight which makes the system easy to position during operations unlike heavier steel rails. A unique joining systemprovides for smooth running trolleys.
Various suspension methods are provided depending on mounting requirements.
Trolleys are provided with wheels with ball bearings and are protected from dirt, debris and damageinside the rail profile. Electrically driven trolleys can be provided and can be disconnected for manual pushing around the system. Pneumatic drive systems are also available.
Various end-effectors or tolls can be mounted to the rail system for production assistance.
