MechChain™ chain hoist is controlled by joystick via a frequency converter for an infinite variable lifting speed. It is more flexible than a standard hoist and suitable when a very well controlled and precise movement is desired.
MechChain is available in the load capacities 140, 175 and 250 lbs. Lift strokes u p to 23’-0” are available. Typical applications use a strap or hook but customend-effectors are available. The MechChain™ can be used withingeneral manufacturing, assembly operations with precision placement,pallet loading, load handling to/from feeder conveyors, etc.
The MechChain™ Ergo is a balanced version with a capacity of 175 lbs. Standard lift stroke is 10’-0”.
Mounting the MechChain™ for operations include, articulating jib arms, fixed jib arms and or rail systems.
